Product Description

"I've made my decision," announced Harold, "I was going to ask for a pair of new shoes, but I can polish up my old ones. Then maybe we can get some shoes for Gerald."

Unselfishness—an almost forgotten quality amid modern society. This is just some of the lessons learned by the three energetic children featured in Happy Homes Stories. Betty Lou, Harold, and Linda learn important lessons in sharing, sacrifice, obedience, and the love of Jesus.

A character-building story book of young children of all ages, these stories include excerpts about famous historical figures like Johnny Appleseed and Fanny Crosby. Betty Lou, Harold, and Linda also discuss biblical stories about heroes such a Nehemiah and Abraham, and imagine what heaven must be like. They even have a birthday party for Jesus!
