Product Description

The purpose in writing this book is to show a regular and unbroken line of succession of the pure Apostolical Church from which the Roman Church apostatized. Written in two parts—part one covering the religion of the Ancient Britains, including St. Patrick and the vindication of the false charge of him being a papist, and part two covering the tenets and sufferings of the Albigenses and Waldenses.

The author's desire was to stimulate the youth, ministers, and laymen to the closer and more careful study and convince all that the "Roman Catholic system of dogmas and idolatry is nothing more nor less than a novel, patched up, and piebald collection, and awkward combination of all the heresies: and all the errors promulgated by pagans, and heretical innovators."

The time is fast coming when every man, and every woman, and every child will be fully persuaded of these truths.
