What's your favorite part of working at TEACH Services?
The opportunities that arise daily to help authors see their words come to life, and to know that these words will provide inspiration, hope, comfort, and blessings to those who read them. Also, I love working alongside my TEACH Services family members. It is very rewarding to be a part of a team that is single-minded in its goal to bring God's message to the world.
What's your favorite memory of interacting with a customer?
When an author told me that in spite of having spent years writing her manuscript, and after going through the initial process of submitting it for publication, and even signing the contract, it was when she received a message from me that began, "Welcome Author" that she cried at the realization that she was "truly, finally an author."

My favorite part of working at TEACH Services is interacting with all the people. I love talking to all our wonderful customers. I love it when customers call me up and tell me these amazing stories of how our books have touched people's lives. From books being sold, to just being given away, it just goes to show that I am working for the right place. I know that God is using our ministry—TEACH Services—to further His Kingdom.
What is your responsibility at TEACH Services?
My responsibility here at TEACH Services is in the Sales Dept. I work with our sales team in processing invoices and shipping out orders. Most times when you call TEACH Services I usually am the one you will talk to—with that cute little voice. I also am focused on getting our books out all over the world to be distributed by our different bookstores and major ministries. I am excited to see God working with our ministry to spread His message of His soon coming!

More children's books about walking with God in daily life. They help to build strong Christian values and I love watching my grandchildren sit and read our books while drawing closer to God.
What's your favorite memory of interacting with a customer?
The day Marie called in about her order and we ended up talking about TEACH's mission project. I shared how God had led a friend to tell me about an orphanage in Kenya who might be in need of Adventist books. Marie was amazed as she had been sponsoring this very orphanage for years and just that week they had called her to ask if she could send them books. We both knew God was bringing us together to meet their needs.
