You will receive a full refund for the cost of the item when it’s returned in its original, new condition within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is non-refundable. If returned after 30 days (90 days for wholesale accounts), you will charged a 20% restocking fee.
If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, simply notify TEACH Services for instructions on making your return for a full refund including shipping.
Your refund will be issued upon receipt of the item. It must be in the same condition as it was upon delivery to you. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning the item. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes to process your return once we receive the item (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Depending on the shipping method you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
All orders placed for shipment within the US and Canada are automatically insurred against loss or damages. You must contact us within 30 days of receipt to file a claim.
For orders placed for shipment outside the US and Canada, the shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We will ship via your instructions and ship FOB Origin. We will load and take to the carrier of your selection. After transfer to your carrier, your carrier and you are responsible for the damages or losses that may occur. We will assist in filing any claims as required by your carrier. We recommend insuring all shipments for full replacement value.
