As you read and reflect on the Bible text and the poem, you can make it your own by getting the message from it that the Lord has for you. It is the prayer of the author that as you read the poems on these pages you will be drawn to a closer relationship with God. As you find others who can benefit from a poem that you read, please pass it on to be an encouragement to them. This book was written to be a blessing to all who read and REFLECT ON GOD'S POWER. Find your special poem that touches you with the love of God.

Doreen has shared her deep belief in the scriptures in words that fit our everyday experiences. Each spiritual commentary is based on a specific Bible selection. Reflect on God's Power is a book I would want on my desk as I prepare worship comments and challenges for my students.
